My career background is in administrative support and customer service. Each of these areas has provided me a foundation on which to build organizational and communication skills. My personal qualities include empathy, patience, goal setting, and leadership. With an Associates of Arts degree in Legal Administration, my major in high school was English, and I have 12 years of experience home schooling my four (now adult) children. Each of my children continued to higher education in various fields, with one of them earning 2 degrees. My passions include teaching, learning, and helping others to learn more about the world in which they live. I, especially, enjoy working with children and have continued to do so in a church environment and now have a new opportunity to teach and mentor with my infant granddaughter. In summary, education excites me!
