I taught ESL classes and tutored students in Taipei, Taiwan as well as adult immigrants in Edmonton, Albert, Canada. I was a certified teacher (secondary school) in Canada, and I have been substitute teaching in Henrico, VA for the past two years. I have three children in middle and high school who have gone through the Henrico County curriculum. I am familiar with all subjects and expectations. I would like to be a tutor because I want to help people realize that they can find success in anything they do! It gives me joy to see someone learn and understand. Teaching one on one is a very efficient and enjoyable way to learn. I feel that I am very qualified after having taught and helped my own children.
