I attended Eastern Kentucky University and graduated in 12/08. My overall GPA 3.3. I am dual certified in Elementary Education K-5 and Exceptional Education K-12. My degree transferred to Virginia giving me a teaching license in Elementary Education and Special Education general curriculum, allowing me to teach all age groups and all disability categories.
Experience
I taught at George Mason Elementary in RPS for 3 years. I am currently a teacher at Falling Creek Elementary with Chesterfield County Public Schools. I have privately tutored a middle school student for one year. I also worked at the Disabilities office at EKU and tutored college level students for two years. I love working with children and want to help them succeed in the classroom! Being a teacher I understand the requirements and expectations of students'.
