I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in kindergarten. After graduating from Grove City College in 2000, I moved to Richmond to work in the Hanover County Public School system where I taught for 12 years in all grades, K-12. Recently I have been blessed to stay at home with my two wonderful sons, a toddler and preschooler. But I love to work with children and I miss the classroom, so tutoring has become the best of both worlds. My teaching certification and experience are current. Hobbies

I love taking photographs and home movies of my sons, and using them to create digital memory books. I edit the video so we can watch together on a Friday night. I spend a lot of time outside playing with my sons. But I also enjoy going to the gym to exercise and have some "me" time! In addition, our family is active at our church.
